About Me

Hi, I'm Stuart. I run Blythin Botanics, a gardening business based in Cheshire West & Wirral, working with clients on their home gardens to bring their ideas to life.

My journey started with a simple goal: real, good quality food I'd grown myself. Somewhere between the first harvest and the hundredth, it became a way of life. I've spent over half my working life on my allotments, learning the ins and outs of growing, tending and caring, and building a deep practical understanding of what makes healthy soil, thriving plants and a garden that works with nature instead of against it. Organic and veganic growing aren't buzzwords to me; they're how I do things.

Now I'm bringing that same care to your garden.

How I work

Healthy gardens start from the ground up, so I look beyond the surface. Whether it's a tired lawn, an overgrown border or a struggling hedge, I'll get to the root of the problem rather than just tidying over it.

My tools are almost entirely battery-powered, which means less noise, no fumes and less disruption for you and your neighbours.

I'm a fully insured sole trader and I bring my own tools and equipment to every job. You'll deal with me directly, from the first chat to the finished garden.
